Any changes to your order made within 24 hours prior to the event is subject to a $25 administrative fee.
*A catering is not booked until agreement is received back at LaHacienda Ranch.

FULL SERVICE labor is $100 per server, and includes one hour of serving
each additional hour is $25.00
STANDARD SERVICE charge is 10% of net sales with a $24 minimum not to exceed $75 in most cases

** To secure your catering, a credit card is required.

• Minimum number of guests is 10 for STANDARD SERVICE and 40 for FULL SERVICE
• Tax and labor/delivery fee are not included in the menu prices
• A standard 18% is suggested on all full service caterings

*Cancellation of reservations must be made 48 hours prior to the day of the event. Otherwise, a $100.00 charge will be applied.
